Thermo Fisher required an innovative digital sales aid utilising leading edge AR technology to build an interactive and personalised sales tool for reps to use with lab customers throughout Europe. The app was required to integrate with and feed data into Veeva and Eloqua.
KVA developed a cutting-edge sales tool, translated into 9 languages throughout Europe. Engaging content was personalised through complex algorithms which select slides relevant to each customer based on their history (existing Veeva data) and their topic selections. The sales aid features a dynamic cost calculator which feeds information to and from Veeva showing cost savings and value add, benchmarked against competitor data relative to the other suppliers that labs are currently using. On completion of the sales call, data is recorded, automated bespoke emails are triggered to the customer of their sales content, alongside key messages the rep had bookmarked during the call.
